[Bug 717] Changed - StarCraft Icons not created by wineshelllink, installer returns error

  installer wouldn't give an error, the icons just wouldn't be created...  maybe 
  by fixing this, it will fix the MS Office 2000 installer giving related errors, 
  like i said, looking at it tonight...
