Created an attachment (id=26459) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=26459) Missing file names in Windows pull down
Hi All,
Would you guys fix this for me?
I am using Lotus Word Pro N9.8.0208.1200. When you open two files (documents) from the command line (the jpeg I have attached), then go to the "Window" pull down to select which file to bring into focus, the file names are missing. If you start Word Pro, then use File, Open to select two files, one at a time, the second file does not show.
Many thanks, -T

--- Comment #3 from Austin English austinenglish@gmail.com --- This is your friendly reminder that there has been no bug activity for 2 years. Is this still an issue in current (1.7.16 or newer) wine?

--- Comment #4 from Todd Chester ToddAndMargo@zoho.com --- Hi Austin,
Wine is only supported up to 1.6.1 by the folks at EPEL (Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux). So I can not test under 1.7
No one ever worked on this bug. It would be nice after two years if it got some priority. Can you look into it?
Many thanks, -T

Your attachment was for Approach and not Word Pro. Also it showed two opened Approach windows, which was not the problem. Please see my attachment

You need to provide console output when you use the dropdown menu with content.
If by that, you mean to start WordPro with multiple files, go to "Windows", click away, and see what pops up in the terminal, the answer is nothing.
sh -c "/bin/mount /mnt/TripStick; cd /home/todd/.wine/drive_c/lotus/wordpro; wine ./wordpro.exe 'z:\mnt\TripStick\TripSlip.lwp' 'z:\home\OurStuff\Nerd\Invoices\Trip2015.lwp'"

After that, the terminal is quiet. All the clicking on the Windows pull down shows nothing

--- Comment #11 from super_man@post.com --- Then you need to use additional debug channels. I don't know what to use.
But you could try if setting components to native fixes the issue. You add more 1 by 1 if something fixes the issue you might have found the component and also the channel to use.
comctl32, shell32 could be a starting point.
