Guitar Pro 7 saves files in zipped XML. The problem is in representation of
floating point numbers: Windows version saves it in XXX.YYY format while Wine
uses XXX,YYY format. As a result - GP crashes when trying to open file saved on
Linux with Wine

Wine version? Terminal output? Does winetricks msxml3 help?

Wine version is 2.20
There is no error messages while saving. And actually, saving is ok. But
floating point format in result file is incorrect.

winetricks msxml3 does not help. I'm not very familiar with it, so maybe I
should do something more than just install lib with winetricks cmd?
