Bug ID: 57236 Summary: Gecko X86.msi install packages marked as Product: Wine-gecko Version: unspecified Hardware: x86 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: wine-gecko-unknown Assignee: jacek@codeweavers.com Reporter: lena.montenot@commown.coop Distribution: ---
This issue concerns the Gecko downloads of the 32-bits installs (x86), on the wiki page and on the Download site : -> https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/wikis/Gecko -> https://dl.winehq.org/wine/wine-gecko/
Indeed, trying to download them from Firefox (version 130.0.1) flags the download as unsafe, saying "The file contains a virus or malware"
The x86_64 (64 bits) is safe from this
Is there a specific reason for this flagging ?
