Summary: odd name for wine uninstaller Product: Wine Version: 0.9.46. Platform: Other OS/Version: other Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: jerome.bouat@wanadoo.fr
Hello,
For uninstalling a program running on wine, we have to use the wine program with "uninstaller" name. I propose to use a naming which better fits the wine programs naming policy.
I searched this uninstaller for a while because I typed "wine" first in my a console and I wanted my shell to propose all available programs like "winecfg", "winecpp", etc.
If the uninstaller would have a name like "wine-uninstaller", then it would be easier to find the uninstaller, without any documentation.

--- Comment #4 from Jérôme Bouat jerome.bouat@wanadoo.fr 2010-11-02 14:53:14 CDT --- FYI, I will stop using the WineHq Bugzilla application because any logged user can easily tell a robot to grab email adresses, including mine.
I think an email address should always be a Bugzilla internal in order to communicate between the bugzilla servers and the user.
