Speed Commander 12's installer hangs on install, whenever attempting to copy
the files over. This is a regression from wine 0.9.54. Patch responsible is:

kernel32: Don't fail unconditionally in MoveFile for directories with flag
MOVEFILE_REPLACE_EXISTING.

0.9.56 released, so closing all bugs marked as RESOLVED FIXED.
