Details of program error.

The problem is with software that searches for repetitive pictures named
AntiDupl.NET in
version-2.3.8.http://antidupl.sourceforge.net/english/index.html?page=download.html
The program does not start.

Works for me with wine-5.18-128-gfa9f4a20f53 and wine-mono 5.1.1.
