I don't know where those "letter things" are coming from; I don't have them at
all. The red title bar tells me your copy of Office 2010 is not activated;
where did you get it?

Press alt to see those letter things. Pressing alt and then pressing usually
underlined (in this case those are the floating letter things) key in normal
programs opens up that menu.

And to where i got the office 2010?

Great wizard gave it to me.
