Tested with current git, a window pops up which, for a difference, is not
completely blank, but opens apparently a wrong site (something like
amlocal.com). Using native shdocvw,shlwapi,urlmon,mshtml (and mlang) the
opening screen comes up  fine. At least i can confirm there's a problem.....
