I just marked bug 4566 as fixed. The bug got marked as fixed, but on the
resulting page (http://bugs.winehq.org/process_bug.cgi) I got the following:

There was an error sending mail from 'WineHQ Bugzilla '
to '[e-mail]':error when closing pipe to /usr/lib/sendmail:

We were adjusting email from settings, that one did not work. I changed it to a
value that did work. Sorry for the temp breakage.

Removing deprecated 'All' OS.
