Error log - running RTC3 from a shell window.

In previous versions of wine my RTC3 ran fine. Now it fails to load all
together. I don't even get the starting screen.

you should use nativ quartz and try to install the required directx dll file
that the game wants xD

No. Installing native dll's is a workaround. Besides, as the OP said, it used
to work, but doesn't anymore, which means it is a regression that needs to be
fixed.
