After entering bug # and clicking "Submit a new bug link" I'm getting a blank
page. When I go back in browser to the original page I'm seeing the correct
page reporting that link was submitted, e-mails sent, etc.

Yeah, it's pretty annoying.  
The workaround is just to hit the 'go' button on the browser.

Fixed. Code was accessing an object that didn't exist.
