--- Comment #28 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net --- Hello folks,
what kind of play is this here? As already said: don't attach that many logs if not explicitly requested by developers.
Don't split logs just because you think its easier to read. Only one log containing *full* terminal output from the start to the end (after crash reporter) is enough. Don't mix potential 32-bit and 64-bit issues into one bug.
First, you should operate on a clean (new!) WINEPREFIX. You are re-using an existing, broken WINEPREFIX (possibly not even set to 'Windows XP'). If you don't know what this means, seek help in WineHQ user forums
--- snip --- fixme:service:scmdatabase_autostart_services Auto-start service L"SecDrv" failed to start: 2 --- snip ---
A SafeDisc driver is certainly not part of default WINEPREFIX, created by Wine builtins.

Looks valid issue to me. It's hard to say from default console output what's important.

The client is a server on its own (= registers LRPC endpoint 'C2RClientAPI_Server_Elevated'). It then tries to establish a connection to another LRPC endpoint 'C2RClientAPI_Server_System' which obviously doesn't exist because the remote server/service is not present. The problem is the rather simple-case implementation of 'RpcMgmtIsServerListening'.
As already mentioned, the client exposes an interface on its own (being server too) hence 'RpcMgmtIsServerListening' returns S_OK which is wrong since the binding handle refers to another remote server that doesn't exist yet. In this case returning value 'RPC_S_NOT_LISTENING' code 1715 (0x6b3) would be the proper answer which tells the client to install/start the desired remote service/server providing the interface.
