Just a simple top 10 or top 25 list of the most active apps with a garbage
rating. It would be an easy at-a-glance forecast of what apps (and therefore,
indirectly, what bugs) are the greatest concern for Wine users.

That's a neat idea. Even better if we could filter the garbage list for
programs with free download, but I don't know how feasible this is.

It doesn't show activity but Garbage apps with downloads can be found fairly
easily. It's a start.
