[Bug 457] Changed - StarCraft demo cannot download directx due to no internet connection

Hi,
yes, it is actually two bugs. The first bug:
If directx>=5 is not available, you are asked to accept download of it. If 
'ok' is pushed, a script error occurs.

The 2nd bug:
If directx install is selected from the menu, this fails without error.
