After installation there is only empty folders without files.
Bug reproduced with installer of latest version (url above) and with first
release of GPGNet (from Suprime Commander Retail DVD).

WINE 1.3.22 from ubuntu-wine PPA.

Probably regression because before it's at least installed, but doesn't work:

Confirming. Installing mono210 beforehand makes no difference.

1.2 fails the same way, so if it's a regression, it's quite old.

Since ngen.exe only prints the arguments it's passed.  This would explain why
the files aren't installed.

Closing inactive bugs marked as abandoned.

Reopen if and only if the bug is reproducible on the most current release of
plain, unpatched Wine.
