Installer: http://thevault.gaspowered.com/gpgnetdownload/GPGnetSetup.1.5.225.zip After installation there is only empty folders without files. Bug reproduced with installer of latest version (url above) and with first release of GPGNet (from Suprime Commander Retail DVD).
WINE 1.3.22 from ubuntu-wine PPA.

1.2 fails the same way, so if it's a regression, it's quite old.

Since ngen.exe only prints the arguments it's passed. This would explain why the files aren't installed.
