Warcraft III's install fails with dialog message saying "No program start menu
found"

Adding

[Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders\]"Programs"="c:\windows\Start Menu\Programs"

to users.reg file in ~/.wine/ fixes the problem.
