Log when started in terminal

When i try to install it wine says that an serious problem occured and the
program has to be shutdown. Here is where i downloaded it

cause it doesnt work to download it with winetricks.

Works here in wine-1.3.19-203-gf555c2d / wine-1.3.22 /
wine-1.3.22-203-gac90c1b. Please retry in a clean WINEPREFIX.

Installs fine here, too, in a clean wineprefix.

The log shows native comctl32 being used:
