It may be using the objects that IE6 and everything else uses for retrieving a web page. My encounter with it tonight was after doubleclick on a listview to pop up a separate window that shows a text only news article. So I suspect that this window is using one of the class objects that can retrieve a web page, or a class object that presents an htmlview view object (mfc). The app required external source of mfc42.dll to run, as it was not provided by the installer program. The application was also a forex trading terminal program, and may be the same as the one presented in the original posting of this bug, branded differently, MetaTrader4.x from http://metaquotes.net/
