[Bug 5283] Trillian: deadlocking in HEAP_ShrinkBlock around the time I finish with preferences window

I get a crashdump when I click on Preferences -> File Transfers (NULL ptr
dereference in a Window procedure).

I wonder if Window Procedures are wrapped by exception handlers in
Windows..hmm.
