--- Comment #1 from Nikolay Sivov bunglehead@gmail.com 2012-06-11 13:01:33 CDT --- There's no such thing as wine-utils officially from winehq, it's probably something your distro provides. Consider updating to latest development release and reinstall a game from scratch (also you'll probably need corresponding wine-gecko package too).

--- Comment #2 from Sthu.Deus@gmail.com Sthu.Deus@gmail.com 2012-06-12 15:13:59 CDT --- It is not a matter of removal of such a package in my distro - as they included its content to another package that is installed and therefore I have all the set w/ updated version.
The problem is in wine - as the game does not play. And in developpers state we have no newer versions than 1.2.3.
In any way I wanted to point out the problem when older versions worked well w/ it while newer - do not.
PS The game is not installable at all - for years it is just copied and works (worked) well w/ each wine update.

--- Comment #5 from Sthu.Deus@gmail.com Sthu.Deus@gmail.com 2012-06-13 01:36:14 CDT --- Oh, I quit here - it is very hard for me - the test.
And I know about driver's problem - it is because the game is launched from under another user using sux in which case for some reason, 3D rendering does not work unless I launch normal X session (separate login). Notwithstanding it always worked. So. not a problem.
OK. Thank You for Your time, work and help. Pardon me for my quit.

--- Comment #6 from Rosanne DiMesio dimesio@earthlink.net 2012-06-13 09:22:03 CDT --- 1.2.3 is obsolete; there is no evidence here that this is a problem in current Wine.

OK. Thank You for Your time, work and help. Pardon me for my quit.
Marking abandoned. Reopen if this is still a problem in current (1.5.6 or later) Wine.
