--- Comment #1 from Vitaliy Margolen vitaliy@kievinfo.com 2008-08-31 19:57:41 --- Please use latest Wine version (wine-1.1.3) and retest. If program persists, attach complete terminal output as a text file.

--- Comment #2 from Todd Chester ToddAndMargo@gbis.com 2008-09-01 17:25:00 --- 1.0 is the latest RPM I could find.
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/AndreasBierfert/Wine
Also checked Fresh Meat and pbone.
Tried to build one myself:
#rpmbuild -ta wine-1.1.3.tar.bz2 error: line 1: Unknown tag: 1 stub EditAuditInfo
And: http://linux.ucla.edu/~leiz/software/wine/wine_rpmbuild.sh.txt has too many errors in it. Couldn't figure it out.
Is there a way I can make my own? Do you know of a source of a current RPM?
Many thanks, -T

Try disabling the 'Provide CD/DVD access for any user, regardless of security polices' in the installer.

How do I do that?

I thought you meant the wine installer. Looking at CD Burner XP's installer, I found your setting. Did and uninstall and a reinstall. CD Burner XP dies at the "continue multisession" dialog prompt. No symptom change.

Remove ~/.wine and reattempt...uninstalls are sketchy in wine to say the least.

I am not that smart. Will this patch be in 1.1.5? How do I install the patch?

Patch works here as well. No blank media to test on handy though. Can you clean up that patch and send it in?

--- Comment #17 from Todd Chester ToddAndMargo@verizon.net 2008-09-08 11:06:11 --- I'd love to test it with blank media, if someone will tell me how to install the patch.
Also, you can do a full ease with Deep Burner on an DVD+RW to reproduce the problem

Extract tarball, then, in the directory $ patch -p1 < /path/to/patch
Rebuild, test.
Essentially the same.
