AGTerminal2 (https://www.rosnorb.ru/Web/win32/setup.exe) fails to start on
ArchLinux system with wine 1.1.42. See log attached.

The AGTerminal2 application launches for me after installing mdac28 from
winetricks, so I think it's fair to mark this bug invalid. Please open new bugs
for other legitimate problems with the application.

Thank You very much. But as it now opens, it fails to connect to the server
(the internet connection is active, managed by NetworkManager).

New log

To reproduce:
1. Run LC_ALL="ru_RU.utf8" wine "C:\ROSNO\T2\AGTERMINALV2.EXE"
2. Wait for logon window to appear.
3. Type in any username and password, hit Enter.

Expected result - the program window lauched. May be some dialog boxes along
the way.
Actual result - the dialog box stating (in Russian) that no server connection
is active, user not activated; then logon dialog again.
