Wine 1.1.25 is able to start the 2009 version (sp. 2009.1.0.623 22 June 2009 release) of the Australian Tax Office eTax software, but will not respond to clicks on either the "Yes" or "No" buttons on the roll-over function page.
I cannot add any more information than this at this stage, but if given instructions will respond to questions.

Rollover screen failed to continue: three clicks on OK, then three clicks on cancel before termination.

However it quickly went away when I followed the HOWTO->Use winetricks.

I just did the winetricks thing and Yes it works, at least it gets you past that point, I haven't completed the process yet.
