Occurence:
In Star Trek Online there is a problem with hotkeys in wine versions 1.5.6 onwards (the last non-affected version is 1.5.5, it doesn't happen in 1.4 series too). It affects the last version (1.5.24 now)
Problem description:
While I press hotkey "1", everything is ok, "2"-"5" aren't working (hotkey system doesn't recognize them at all), "6"-"8" are remapped as "F13"-"F15" (when I press key "6" on my keyboard, it is displaying as "F13" in hotkey system), "9" is remapped as "pov1_Up", "0" as "pov1_Down" (same effects as "6"-"8"). All to this, whenewer I press key "5" it activates an ability #3 regardless are both #3 and #5 abilities hotkeys are set to. It affects both ground and space regions

In the attachment of comment 5, the bad commit is 43984f355a2905e16075a9df3d7fbe463761e853.
As the originator of this bug said in comment 7 that reverting it made Star Trek Online work. We can assume as in comment 6 and 8 that this is a duplicate of bug 30984.
Could someone with the right rights set this bug as a duplicate of 30984?
