No it doesn't. When opening a bug report it's best to move away ~/.wine, install AOEIII again, and see if you still can reproduce the bug. If so, please reopen this bug

it shows an error pop-up in Spanish, sayiny "failed at loading DLL:SSE" (Fallo al cargar DLL:SSE)
