uh, summary says it all.

Unfortunately this app  asks for Outlook to be installed, so i installed it on
my "good" .wine, where I have MSOffice installed.

  sh winetricks gdiplus
work around the problem and let you run the app?

I don't know if there is any, but actually most of these bug i file, are new
applications sent into the appDB. If users rate it as garbage , i mostly give
it a try (if there's a download). Sometimes it's misconfiguration, sometimes a
real bug. If there is a linux version, i could drop a note in appdb.

Yes, that way the initial gui screen came up fine

GdipSetLinePresetBlend is stubbed since 0.9.60..It does nothing but doesn't
lead to crash.

I've tried to install it without MSO. It seems to succeed but a program crash
with its own "crash reporting" window. I don't see any GDI+ crashes here.

Retesting my own bugs;

it doesn't crash anymore, though the initial window looks rather messed up,
with native gdiplus it all looks fine. This report was only for the crash, so
i'll resolve as fixed (probably the above problems are already covered by other
bugreports i suspect)
