Just install the program (winetricks mfc42 vb6run) and open it, after that press the first toolbar icon (Open). Note that the caret is not in the initial position but instead in the middle of the textbox, if you press the right mouse button then select all and finally paste in a text editor you will see 59000 spaces.
This does not happen in XP.

win 9.0rc3. I only tried the application at the URL field which has expired.
