GameCenter@mail.ru installs fine and after it runs a GameCenter. When I exited it, GameCenter don't start anymore.

I think you should close this issue
Yeah, the original report from 2016 likely used an earlier version of the installer but as there` s no response from OP i think best to resolve is "WORKSFORME"
