Installation of WinZip 12.1 begins. The user is able to make the various installation selections, but when the actual installation commences it errors out gracefully and creates a WinZip error report log.

Since bug 15885 pertains to the same problem, perhaps this bug should be marked a duplicate of that?

Depends...Does it actually install? It doesn't crash now, but Andrew didn't say if it installs.

Then this is fixed.
