Receive a "StartNPFService Failed" after installation of SwannView Plus NVR client (SwannView_Plus_v1.02.16.50.exe).
The Swann View Plus client works but video flickers at a rate of approx. 1 to 2 frames per second.
Error on start-up, "fixme:service:scmdatabase_autostart_services Auto-start service L"SADP_NPF" failed to start: 2". See full installation and run log attached.
