Wine trips a SELinux Security Alert when attempting to run a simulation in ACES. Simulation appears to run correctly, however, there is no way to tell if it was terminated prematurely. See attached for error.

I fail to see any problem with the SELinux output; Wine just tries to setup the low DOS memory area, and SELinux simply warns about this. It's not a problem unless you're trying to run a real-mode DOS application.
