Stalls at "Updating Battle.net Agent...". After a few minutes, the update fails
and the app complains "Something went wrong while trying to launch a program.
Please wait one minute and try again. If it happens again, try restarting your
computer".

FWIW, deleting "drive_c/users/Public/Application
Data/Battle.net/Agent/agent.db" makes it work for me on the following run of
the Battle.net Desktop App. It breaks again if you exit and restart the
launcher, apparently.

Make sure there are no "Agent.exe" processes running before deleting the file.

I can confirm this does exist. However for me at least, it doesn't happen every
time Battle.net app launches.

Try again and again, maybe eventually it'll fail on you too.

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.11

Please try with git master, as I think it might have been fixed in yesterday's
commits. Or with wine-1.7.12 when it's out.

This can be reproduced in a fresh prefix with the hearthstone installer. Just
run the setup and watch it hang at Updating battle.net agent.

Works with plain beta Battle net app (i.e. not from HearthStone installer) from
bug 35066 with wine-1.7.16.

You might want to retry Jerome.

I can't repro it locally but I didn't try wiping the prefix. Anyway I'll trust
you. Someone else can reopen if it happens again.
