[Bug 22014] New: Igor Engraver does not remember the synth settings

When opening Igor Engraver I have to set the desired synth port every time to
get any sound. I use Qsynth together with Igor Engraver and it seems that
Qsynth is given a new port number each time Igor Engraver is opened, so I have
to go to the Igor Engraver dialog "Synth settings" (Edit -> MIDI -> Synth
settings) and there click the button "Prefer synth for instrument" in order to
get the Qsynth sounding.

After contact with Fluidsynth developer Pedro Lopez-Cabanillas this turned out
to be more of a feature than a bug and the problem can be resolved with Qsynth.
