To be honest, I have no clue, exactly which package removed the error about libjack.so, as I just loaded all the missing ones I felt reasonable and that error vanished.
About the seq_hw problem... It seems the snd-seq kernel module does not get loaded by default. Try running
$ sudo modprobe snd-seq
That worked for me on the rest of those non-teamspeak errors. It only is my guess, but the rest of errors might get corrected in a similar way.
