err's, win and d3d fixme's are new, I don't saw this in older Wines, it can be
because many bugs of video driver in all programs - see only control fixme's

After applying "High Quality" in System menu of Quake III Arena, mouse do 2x
click when I do one click, in console I see fixme's with all dll's of keyboard
and mouse that I know!

No, I'm not using Compiz, Beryl and etc. It is on ATi and NVIDIA cards. Double
clicking works only after activation of "High Quality" parameters. This can't
be bad in game, but hard in menu... In attachment you can see fixme's - all is
about controls. Some err's and d3d and win is a joke of program, it wasn't some
time ago.

Yes. Just tested quake 3 and the bug is still present in the menu.

I did some testing with clean wine environment v1.1.13. So Quake3A version 1.32
has 2xClick problem even with default config.

When i installed Quake3A version 1.11 from CD (or Q3A demo which is also v1.11)
there is not 2xClick problem until you turn on "Smooth mouse" option in
Menu-Control. Then click "Back" button and enter again into Menu-Control and
try to change for example "Smooth mouse" option :-/

I dont understand the solution for this problem. I have double click and I cant
get rid of that in any way

none reinstaling worked, and I dont want to go back to ealrier versions of q3

Ok, i was looking through whole palette of wine releases in POL browser, and
found one precious: 1.3.37-mousefix_osx1
this wine release seem to be unique

before it we had to choose: better gl and faster map loading but with double
click bug -  or early wine without bug but worse graphic and performance

the mentioned vine version have both better performance/graphic and bug fixed
