EnumDisplayDevicesW and DirectDrawEnumerateExA flags FIXMEs...

HotWheels CRASH! Installs fine, but fails to start in Windows XP mode. Once it
is set to Windows 98 mode and told to boot using Hardware GFX settings it will
start but then the window simply goes invisible with
"fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW" flooding the terminal window. I believe this
issue is because of DDRAW. Attached is the log.

I can confirm the issue with wine-1.1.35-364-g9dc584d using the Hot Wheels:
Crash! demo. Regardless of the Windows version set, the game seems to
continuously loop enumerating the display modes.

Same issue in 1.1.38 with minor changes in hex values

This is still an issue in 1.1.38, only now the enumerations seem to be
different numbers. Thought I'd post a new log. :-)
