The installation of MigrosBank-EBanking-Win-8.2.1400.exe stopped with the information that Windows XP will not be supported.
I used winwtools to change the default to Windows 10. Then is was possible to do the installation.
As I started the program it came up with the message "Ein wichtiger Fehler trat auf, das Program wird beendet" (an important error happened and the program has to be terminated

Can confirm the issue, is this related to https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42391 ? The two issues look very similar.
But why does the installer delete itself? It does look suspicious...

And yes, the installation file is deleted after installation. This seems to be a "feature".

resolving ticket based on last comments. Also correcting fields, they were indeed confusing.
General advice: Don't change the Windows version to highest possible unless it's strictly required. Higher doesn't automatically mean better. In many cases this is just a recipe to shoot yourself in the foot.
