AppCAD is a freeware RF circuit design tool. In the Balun calculator (Circuit Design>Balun) the schematic drawing for solution 2 is replaced by large dark areas. Wine message: fixme:enhmetafile:PlayEnhMetaFileRecord EMR_EXTCREATEPEN: Need to copy brush bitmap
This affects version 4.0.0 only. It is a VB6 application.

I tested miCon-L 3.5 and did not experience any graphics corruption. However, I do not have access to hardware to test further. Please retest with a recent version of Wine. Also add an entry for miCon-L to the AppDB and submit a test report (and consider becoming a maintainer for it).

This is your bug, I think it's fine to resolve it as fixed and have bugs in other applications, if still present, be reported as separate bugs.
