On Resourcr Hacker, if you go to to Help → About, you get a window with an animated logo, but its background is black, when it should be the same color as the window backhround. Using the Resource Hacker itself you can find out that the logo is an animated GIF.

Is this a regression?
The bug could have appeared on the newer Resource Hacker version (3.6.0.92), but I tried it with an older version (3.4.0.79) and the bugs appear there too.

The platform doesn't mean the type of wine used but 'The hardware platform the bug was observed on'.
You don't need a wine 64 bits if you only run 32 bit windows apps BTW.
