When running installed latest unstable Greenshot (https://github.com/greenshot/greenshot/releases/download/v1.3.178/Greenshot-...) in terminal, it doesn't start and shows unhandled exception. Latest stable version (https://github.com/greenshot/greenshot/releases/download/Greenshot-RELEASE-1...) works alright. Lubuntu 20.04.1, Wine 6.5 (official PPA).

--- Comment #1 from joaopa jeremielapuree@yahoo.fr --- Does it work with dotnet45?
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50872
--- Comment #2 from Milo Rogers t6zm3v62fkp7fe5@yandex.ru --- It starts to require dotnet472 and works after installing it, so the issue can be closed I guess.

--- Comment #3 from joaopa jeremielapuree@yahoo.fr --- No, the issue is not fixed in wine. That means only that the problem is in Mono.

--- Comment #4 from Andrew Nguyen arethusa26@gmail.com --- While the linked download is no longer available, I was able to reproduce the problem in wine-6.5 with Greenshot 1.3.229 (https://github.com/greenshot/greenshot/releases/download/v1.3.229/Greenshot-...).
The .NET exception no longer occurs with the latest wine-10.9 and when I install Wine Mono 10.0.0 under wine-6.5, so this problem has been fixed in the latest Wine Mono installed by default with the newest Wine 10.9 version.
