--- Comment #2 from ell88qwanon8@protonmail.com --- The only way you can test this, is by buying Vape V4 and then trying to inject it, while Minecraft 1.8.9 is open. Account sharing is against the Vape rules, so buying it is the only way to test it.

--- Comment #3 from joaopa jeremielapuree@yahoo.fr --- At least, you should attach a full console output. Did the game work with an older version of wine (say wine-5.8)?

--- Comment #4 from A random Penguin ell88qwanon8@protonmail.com --- I think, I know why Vape V4 can't work on Linux or MacOS, even with Wine. It's not Wine's fault, it's because of Vape's account security. The way Vape verifys if it's you, when trying to run vape, is by checking if the IP and HWID match with the info you put on your Vape account, on their website. They have a simple .exe file, that you download, run it, and then it will say this: "Your HWID is copied. Paste where instructed" You then paste it in the HWID text box and click "update". The problem with this, is that HWIDs are a WINDOWS ONLY thing, so it can't run, because I don't think they have any plans of making it for Linux or MacOS, so sadly there's no fix, I think.
