Ugly picture of gameplay without d3dx9_43.dll in system32

RIFT requires d3dx9_43.dll file (but NO override(override breaks it)) in the
windows\system32 directory to run.

Without it, the game starts but the display is completely unintelligible and
the game is unplayable (see attached screenshot).

Wine provides its own, so the only way you would get dll not found is if you
forced d3dx9_43 to native but the native dll wasn't present.

Austin, you're absolutely right! Thanks for noticing. I had my WINEPREFIX
bungled up and so that was causing the error. So after some more testing, it
doesn't seem to matter whether the native override for d3dx9_43.dll is there or
not, but the real d3dx9_43.dll does have to be in the system32 directory. I've
changed the title of this bug to be more descriptive.
