Not a blocker. Please try with a clean .wine, wine 0.9.43, and after installing
the C++ runtime libraries. Wine does not ship with them (nor does windows).

Also, please add a link to the program and a demo if one is freely available.

I have tried it with WINE 0.9.43.  I have the Visual C++ Runtime installed, and
it is still the same.

There are demos available here, although I am using the Steam version:

After creating "Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls.manifest" as suggested in bug
9192 I'm getting the same results as bug 7477.
