The console output for "software" mode

The game displays a question, in which mode to start: software or hardware. Any
answer results in a black screen.

Battlezone thread backtraces

The issue persists in wine-1.1.27-63-g862bd3c. It appears that Battlezone is
deadlocked in mciavi32.

This is still an issue, to make the game work you need to rename the "anims"
folder to something else otherwise it will show only a black screen with
background music.

The game is working now, just install and play. The CD must be in drive D:
otherwise the game will not find it.
