In Bugzilla: "View the Available bug list" (I got it on token.cgi) should be
"View the list of available bugs.".

Actually bug list is a list of bugs, you can see in the left pane some
different bug lists like Available, New, Unconfirmed... A bug list is also
generated when you do a search.

"View the Available bug list" means the list named Available.

Well, perhaps it should be "bugs’ list" or "bugs list".

"Bug list" is a compound noun, like "bus stop." The usage is correct as is.
