Before upgrading from wine 1.5.14 to 1.5.15 the program NCLauncher.exe(in order
to play the game Aion) was working fine. After the upgrade, it failed to launch
due to a failed call to GetVersionEx. After reverting to 1.5.14 the program
worked normally again. Full error log with +ver channel enabled attached.

After the first step of the regression test, it works properly in the latest
git version of wine.

Latest git is wine-1.5.15. The first step of the regression test would be
somewhere in the middle of wine-1.5.14 and wine-1.5.15 and not latest git. You
need to run the regression test til the end. Which commit broke it? If
wine-1.5.15 works for you (that's what's latest git), then bug report is
invalid.

There must be a problem with my distribution's package. When launched with wine
1.5.15 compiled from git source it works fine, but if I use the Arch Linux
package I get the error. I'll file a bug report there.
