- start foobar 2000 - add some audio files to the playlist - mark and right click them - choose convert -> convert to... - choose an encoding preset ("Ogg Vorbis, 192kbps, q6.0" in my case) - click "OK" - choose a directory where the converted files should be stored
Then a progress dialogue appears where you can see that it encodes one file at a time. Using native Windows you can see that it does one conversion for each cpu.
