As reported in the comments for the game
After launching, both games crash because they look for a ***.tmp file. The wine desktop kills afterwards. I have a log attached.

I downloaded it from DLLdump and installed it in the Windows/System32 directory. Now the game asks me to put the CD in the drive. When I put the virtual image I have in AcetoneISO (which I have used to install the game), it does not recognize it. Technically, the version I have is natively not supposed to ask for the discs. When I run the game in Windows XP it runs fine, and it does not need a no-cd patch.
