[Bug 8250] New: CnC3 unregularly crashes in main menu

When starting CnC3, about 1/3 to 1/2 of the time, it crashes right after it got
into the main menu.
Also, if it survives the main menu, it sometimes crashes while navigating
sub-menus, such as 'Load Game' or when viewing the map to choose a mission on a
continent.
After that, there's a period of time where it doesn't happen at all, only to
start again at any point.
Occasionally, there seems to be a error message box popping up, but it
disappears too soon to actually read it.
Other Wine versions also display this issue, as well as Vanilla Wine.
